About Me
My Father first introduced me to college football when I was very young. I can remember watching Adrian Peterson run wild against opposing defenses and from that point on I have always loved to watch college football. It quickly became my favorite sport of all time as nothing can compare to the pageantry and overall thrill of College Football. The tailgating, traditions, and rivalries are something that makes college football so unique and special to so many fans. College football has left an imprint on me and my life, as I sat in the summer of 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic, I wondered if we would even have a season. So, I did what any normal fan would do, and I started watching old classic football games. I started with the 2007 Big 12 Championship and watched my Sooners beat the Missouri Tigers enroute to a Fiesta Bowl bid. Next, I watched the game vs Texas Tech in 2008 in which they finished the year playing in the national championship game vs Florida. One of the final games that I watched was the 2014 Sugar Bowl vs Alabama, in all of these games I remembered why I fell in love with college football in the first place. As I watched the 2020 season, I made a point to cherish every second and watch as many games as I could. Over the next offseason I wanted to do more than just watch the games, so I created the Wagon Wheel Sports twitter page as a hobby to cover college football and be able to share my love of football with you all. I am extremely happy that I have been able to now create this webpage as a way of even furthering that hobby. I hope you all enjoy my content and continue to come back for more in the future. Thank you! -BW
